You can better say that it is a style of dance and music too. The meaning of the word ‘Kizomba’ is ‘Party’ as per the local language of Bantu. Bikutsi African Music
It is also one of the very popular music styles of African music. It was developed by the people who used to live around the city of Yaounde once. It is a type of rhythmic dance music.
