In cinematography, there is no such thing as a journey film. It’s no surprise, given the vast disparity in the films described. Travel films include light comedy, dramas, action pictures, and thrillers. These are videos about long-distance journeys to other countries as well as short-distance car journeys across the wastelands. Travel films, in my opinion, are those that encourage us to travel. It makes us feel as if we are on the journey with the protagonist, or are situated in a unique location that plays an important role in the plot.

All for the sake of life
Into the Wild is a biographical film about Christopher McCandless, who, after graduating from college in 1990 and despising materialism, spends his funds and embarks on a lonely adventure that finishes two years later in Alaska.
I debated whether or not to include this film on the list for a long time. True, the film excellent, and I am not surprised that it considered a cult in the area of trip films but serious reservations about the main character, who heavily idealised in the film.
Despite the fact that time is racing against us,
The plot of the film is a star-studded drama in which two very different characters meet in an oncology ward and decide to do something they never had the confidence to do before: start realising their ambitions.
Edward, played by Jack Nicholson, is a multi-millionaire, which eases their anxieties. Remember, that many limits caused by fear of change and the unfamiliar. Not by a lack of funds. Despite the fact that he had such a chance, Edward spent years without doing what he truly desired. It was only at the conclusion of his life that he realised his ambitions.

The film chronicles the storey of Rob Hall, a New Zealand climber who organises commercial excursions to Mount Everest. For all-mountain enthusiasts, this is a must-see film.
